Enjoy wine tasting, tubing, water falls, hiking, antique and other unique shopping, zip line, water park, and golf. Unicoi State park walking trail located on the same street of the lodge. Exterior covered balcony with plenty of seating and outdoor dinning options, grill with gas and charcoal, firepit, hammock, and hot tub. Plenty of parking space! Sleeps up to 14 in 6 bedrooms. All 6 Bedrooms are spacious and accented with their own full baths and also additional 2 1/2 baths, one is located in recreation room area and on main level. 4 of the suite bedrooms have king size beds. 2 king suite bedrooms on the main level, 1 upstairs, and 1 in the basement. One of the secondary has 2 full beds and the other has a queen size bed. The loft area and recreation offer additional sleeping available for larger parties: The loft area / pool room has a pull out couch, 1 twin bed , 1 full daybed , 3 air air beds. There 2 pack n play/travel cribs available and high chair. Two laundry rooms located on main level. The home has so many wonderful features. Each bedroom has its own balcony or patio (with the exception of the upstairs bunk room). Common area has massive stone fireplace with gas logs, back wall accented with ceiling to floor window views of the mountains. Sunrises and Sunsets are breathtaking from so many areas. Sunroom/second sitting area with mountain views as well. Dining areas: formal dining area for holiday gatherings seats up to 12+ with (2 table placements available), eat in area seats (10), sunroom (4), bar area (4), benches and other outside seating for outdoor dining. Kitchen is located centrally on the main level accented with plenty of cabinet and counter top space. Please no smoking inside the lodge. Pet friendly! When the entire home is not booked we may offer single room booking please inquire on availability. The rooms are sectioned off and are private from other bedrooms with their own locks for rooms. The pricing per day is for entire house use of 6 bedrooms. Inquire to owner with your request to approve larger party estimate. Under NEW Ownership! This was our first trip (ever) away from home on Christmas, but with family members in tow, it was a fantastic get away! Teresa (owner) is fabulous to work with and went above and beyond to make certain that our stay was everything we hoped it would be.
